Es war Sonntag, Dr. Constantin hatte gerade seine kalt gewordene Pizza aufgegessen, als Oberarzt Dr. Volkrad ihm mitteilte, es werde in Kürze ein Patient mit einem Pankreastumor in den OP kommen. Die Chirurgen wollten eine Probelaparatomie durchführen, es könnte auch etwas Größeres werden. Er möchte den Patienten aufklären gehen und anschließend intraoperativ betreuen.
