Zusammenfassung

Nach erfolgter Punktion entspricht eine Analgosedation gelegentlich dem Patientenwunsch. Hierzu soll der Patientenkomfort erhöht, jedoch nicht eine insuffiziente Regionalanästhesie kompensiert werden. Die Analgosedation verlangt ein entsprechendes Monitoring und die sorgfältige Auswahl der verwendeten Substanz. Prinzipiell kommen Sedativa und/oder Analgetika zum Einsatz. Es ist wichtig synergistische Wirkungen, wie auch potenzierte Nebenwirkungen von Substanzkombinationen zu kennen.
