Zusammenfassung
Politisches Verhalten ist im Projektalltag allgegenwärtig. Ursächlich hierfür sind erstens das Vorliegen von Handlungs-, Planungs- und Entscheidungsunsicherheiten, zweitens die häufig unzureichende Ausstattung mit notwendigen Ressourcen und drittens die Abhängigkeit von unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen, die häufig sich widersprechende Interessen verfolgen. Das Wesen der Projektarbeit erfordert somit von der Projektleitung ein hohes Maß an politischem Geschick. Durch die Stärkung der eigenen politischen Kompetenz, den Ausbau der verfügbaren Machtressourcen und durch die genaue Analyse der Bedürfnisse der beteiligten Gruppen kann jeder Projektleiter lernen, sich geschickt, kompetent und zielführend im Projektnetzwerk zu bewegen.
