Abstract

In any real estate project financing is the backbone of the entire transaction. Only few investors are willing or able to provide the funds required to finance the whole project with out of pocket funds.

However, given the varied financing options, the numerous providers on the financial services market, mainly banks, and the permanent intrinsic value of real estate in general there is no need for this at all.
