Zusammenfassung

Die Indikationen fiir eine immunsuppressive Therapie chronisch ent-ziindlicher Darmerkrankungen sind klar definiert (Stange et al. 1997, 2001). Es sind dies der steroidabhangige sowie der steroidrefraktare Krankheitsverlauf des Morbus Crohn und der Colitis ulcerosa.
