Zusammenfassung
Zur Erstellung eines mathematischen Lungenmodells zur Simulation individueller inhalativer Therapien ist die genaue Geometrie des menschlichen Tracheobronchialbaums notwendig. Diese wird durch eine intelligente 3D-Segmentierung aus CT-Datensätzen gewonnen. Der hybride Algorithmus wurde umfangreich auf unterschiedlichen Bildmaterialien manuell evaluiert.
