Das Unternehmen und die Produkte der Friedrich Grohe AG und des Werkes Lahr wurden bereits in Kap. 4.3 vorgestellt. Die Ausführungen in diesem Kapitel beziehen sich auf die Produktionsendstufe für Designarmaturen. Abbildung 5.4.1 zeigt die im Projekt realisierte Umstrukturierung der konventionellen Montage in eine flexible Produktionsendstufe (vgl. auch 4.3.9).
