Zusammenfassung

Die Vorgehensweise bei einer definitiven oder adjuvanten Strahlentherapie unter kurativem Ansatz ist heutzutage in den meisten Einrichtungen standardisiert und orientiert sich an den Leitlinien der Fachgesellschaften. Demgegenuber erfordert die palliative Strahlentherapie hochindividuelle Strategien, die wesentlich durch die onkologische Erfahrung des behandelnden Radioonkologen bestimmt werden.
