➲ Aufgrund der Lokalisation eines Karzinoms in der Speiseröhre oder im Magen und der damit verbundenen relativ leichten Zugänglichkeit durch endoskopische Diagnostik kommt der Risikobeurteilung einer Karzinomentwicklung sowie den damit verbundenen Möglichkeiten an Vorsorgeuntersuchungen und Prävention eine besondere Bedeutung zu.
