Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff „Akutes Koronarsyndrom“ umfasst alle klinischen Erscheinungsformen der akuten Myokardischämie. Ihnen liegt in der Regel ein gemeinsamer Pathomechanismus in Form von Ruptur oder Erosion eines atheromatösen Plaques zugrunde. Das klinische Leitsymptom ist der anhaltende Thoraxschmerz.
