Die Algol-Verschwörung

Zusammenfassung

Den Ausdruck „Die ALGOL-Verschwörung“ hat, meines Wissens erstmals, der Züri- cher Peter Läuchli, einst Mitarbeiter Heinz Rutishausers, geprägt (Läuchli 1993). In der Tat treffen die typischen Merkmale einer Verschwörung zu: Eine geschlossene Gruppe von Personen; ein durchzusetzendes Ziel; ein Ziel, das zunächst nicht offen propagiert wurde. Ganz ernst gemeint war das wohl nicht, weshalb ich auch das Wort Verschwörung in Anführungszeichen gebrauchen werde.
