Zusammenfassung
Der Alkoholeinfluss auf das sensomotorische System wurde mittels funktioneller Magnetresonanztomographie (fMRT) untersucht. Die motorischen Aufgaben bestanden im Betätigen zweier Schalter mit dem rechten, dem linken und mit beiden Zeigefingern bei verschiedenen Frequenzen. Die Untersuchung wurde nach Einnahme von 0.7 ml Alkohol pro kg Körpergewicht wiederholt. Vor und nach Gabe von Alkohol wurden aktivierte Gebiete in beiden sensomotorischen Cortices (SMC) und in der für die Koordination beider Hirnhälften wichtigen Zusätzlichen Motorregion (SMA) nachgewiesen. Die Aktivierung in beiden SMC war nach Alkohol reduziert. Die Reduktion war in der nicht-dominanten Hemisphäre ausgeprägter. Die SMA zeigte hingegen geringere Aktivierungsreduktion.
