A 77-year-old male, under surveillance for a melanoma that had been surgically removed in July 2003, had a routine ultrasound examination in March 2008 revealing a mobile mass in the right atrium. A complete CMR and cardiac MDCT exploration was performed to complete the patient’s workup before surgery.
