Zusammenfassung

Anorektale maligne Tumoren stellen etwa 25% aller malignen gastrointestinalen Neoplasien [17]. Dabei steht das Rektumkarzinom weit im Vordergrund. Die Relation Rektum-/ Analkarzinom (Analkanal und perianale Region) beträgt etwa 10 : 1.
