Zusammenfassung

Die malignen, nichtepithelialen Tumoren des Ovars stellen ca. 10 % der Ovarialmalignome und sollten klar vom Ovarialkarzinom abgegrenzt werden. Dies gilt sowohl für die Diagnostik als auch für die Therapie. Die beiden wichtigsten Vertreter der malignen nichtepithelialen Ovarialtumoren sind die Keimzelltumoren und die Keimstrang-Stroma-Tumoren. Weitere, allerdings sehr seltene Vertreter sind z. B. Hilustumoren oder lymphoide Tumoren des Ovars.
