Zusammenfassung
In der Literatur wurden zahlreiche Verfahren vorgeschlagen, um Gruppen bei der Lösung komplexer Entscheidungsprobleme, insbesondere in Entscheidungen bei mehrfacher Zielsetzung, zu unterstützen. Die meisten dieser Verfahren gehen davon aus, dass die Gruppenmitglieder die benötigten Informationen über ihre Präferenzen korrekt zur Verfügung stellen. Hat die von der Gruppe getroffene Entscheidung jedoch unmittelbare Konsequenzen für die einzelnen Mitglieder, betrifft sie zum Beispiel die Zuteilung von Ressourcen zu einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen, so bestehen Anreize, diese Informationen zu verfälschen.
Dieser Beitrag untersucht für einige Gruppenentscheidungsverfahren bei mehrfacher Zielsetzung, ob die Verfahren durch Verfälschung von Präferenzinformationen manipuliert werden können. Aufgrund der Komplexität der Verfahren wird dazu ein numerisches Modell benutzt. Es kann gezeigt werden, dass solche Manipulationsmöglichkeiten tatsächlich existieren. Führen die Verfahren aber aufgrund mangelnder Information anfänglich nur zu ineffizienten Lösungen, so können Manipulationsversuche die Effizienz der Ressourcenallokation auch verbessern.
