Atemwegsdysfunktionen im Rahmen einer durch Baumpollen verursachten unangenehmen Nasenverstopfung, einem Asthma auslosenden potenziell lebensbedrohlichen Bronchospasmus oder einer durch eine virale Lungenentzundung verursachten Alveolitis stellen ein wichtiges Gesundheitsproblem dar.
