Zusammenfassung

Die akute Pankreatitis wird nach der Atlanta-Klassifikation aus dem Jahr 1992 eingeteilt in:

  1. A.

    leichte akute Pankreatitis (mit interstitiellem Pankreasödem und nur minimaler Organdysfunktion ohne Komplikationen)

  2. B.

    schwere akute Pankreatitis (mit Organversagen und/oder lokalen Komplikationen wie intraund peripankreatische Flüssigkeitsansammlungen, Nekrosen, Abszess oder Pseudozyste) bzw. in 7 verschiedene Stadien (◘ Tab. 18.1).
