Abstract
In Chapter One of this book intended strategies were defined as longterm uidelines for a company as a whole or for significant sections of it. They aim at ensuring the permanent achievement of the company’s overriding goals. These strategic guidelines can only produce the desired effects if they are communicated effectively. In addition to oral communication they must be communicated through written documents.
