Zusammenfassung
Die Globalisierung macht auch vor dem Strafrecht nicht halt. Selbst wenn das Strafrecht häufig mit der Souveränität des Nationalstaates in Verbindung gebracht und Strafgewalt als Hort der staatlichen Gewalt angesehen wird, zeigt die Entwicklung vor allem der letzten 30 Jahre, dass dem längst nicht mehr so ist.
