Zusammenfassung

Positionierungsfehler sind Abweichungen der Implantatlage über einen Toleranzbereich hinaus, die zu Sofort- oder Spätkomplikationen führen.

Fehlpositionen der Pfanne sind im Bereich der Inklination, der Ante- und Retroversion sowie im Offset möglich (Abb. 8.1). Fehllagen können auch in allen Ebenen gleichzeitig vorhanden sein. Die „steile Pfanne“ führt in der Frühphase zur kranialen Luxation (Abb. 8.2) oder spät zur vorzeitigen Pfannenlockerung durch Fehlbelastung der Pfanne.
