Abstract

In this chapter, the results of quasi-static and dynamic experiments with concrete and reinforced concrete specimens including steel fibres are described in detail. The experiments have been carried out mainly in 10 last years in different foreign research centers. Attention is paid to advantageous properties of fibrous concrete and fibrous reinforced concrete as compared to plain or reinforced concrete.
