Accessory osscicles in the foot are: os trigonum – posterior to talus; os vesalianum – base of fifth metatarsal; os perineum – between cuboid and base of fifth metatarsal within tendon of peroneus brevis muscle; os tibiale externum – medial to tuberosity of navicular within tendon of tibialis posterior.
