Zusammenfassung

Wendet man die Wissenschaft der Quantenmechanik auf das Führungsverhalten an, so wird die Orientierung an Aufgaben, Personen oder einem Mix aus beidem in Frage gestellt, da dadurch nicht richtig widerspiegelt wird, was in der Realität passiert. Ein vollkommen neuer Führungsstil ist notwendig, da das Unsicherheitsprinzip es unmöglich machen kann, einen Führungsstil mit einer Gruppensituation abzugleichen. Zwei grundlegende Hypothesen werden formuliert und Designs für den Test der Hypothesen vorgeschlagen. Ein neuer Führungsansatz würde auf kontinuierliche Veränderungen und kreativen Ansätzen zur Beilegung von Differenzen fokussieren.
