Abstract
The globalization of markets and the increase in the intangible component of goods have increased the importance of intellectual property rights and allowed them “to take command” so that intellectual property rights accompany the development of goods based on material culture. A procedure for implementing the role of intellectual property to improve the quality of an industry is presented. It is based on the assignment of collective trademarks and the managerial function of these rights.
