Zusammenfassung

Ein früher vorzeitiger Blasensprung kompliziert 2–5% aller Schwangerschaften. Er wird häufig von aszendierenden Infektionen verursacht. Je früher in der Schwangerschaft der Blasensprung auftritt, desto größer ist die Bedeutung der aszendierenden Infektionen.
