Zusammenfassung
Innerhalb der Neurorehabilitation gibt es unterschiedliche Auffassungen darüber, was unter Zielsetzung zu verstehen ist. Dieses Kapitel wird sich hauptsächlich auf den Ansatz des Rivermead Rehabilitationszentrums beziehen: Dieser Ansatz ist patientenzentriert, interdisziplinär und bezieht sich nach dem ICFModell auf die Ebene der Teilhabe (Wade 2000).
