Zusamenfassung
Sowohl im Rahmen der komplementären Mammadiagnostik (Klinik, Mammographie, Sonographie; Duda u. Schulz- Wendtland 2000) einschließlich der dynamischen MRT (Bauer et al. 2000) als auch im Mammographie-Screening (Pisano et al. 2006) haben interventionelle Methoden wie die sonographisch, mammographisch-stereotaktisch bzw. kernspintomographisch geführte Stanz- oder Vakuumbiopsie ihren festen Stellenwert — entsprechend der Forderungen der EUSOMA (European Society of Mastology) (Wallis et al. 2007) als auch der S3-Leitlinie »Brustkrebsfrüherkennungsprogramm in Deutschland« (S3-Leitlinie 2008).
