Abstract

The focus of this chapter is to share the details of how to set up, promote, and successfully run a prostate stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) program. Most importantly, this chapter describes what works well to promote a prostate SRS program and what does not work, so that time and money would not be wasted by those attempting to start a new prostate SRS program.
