Abstract
With the rapid development of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives, urgently need the professional managers with high-quality and high management ability. The professional managers’ lack of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives will reduce core competence of enterprise and affect its development rate. Current academic research on this is less, and there is no standard training model of the professional managers for the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives. In this paper, create a professional managers culture model and propose specific strategies for solving the Professional Managers lack problem of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives. Hoping the study can provide help in improving core competence of enterprise, and make it better adapt to market development.
