Abstract
In this chapter, the TPSM in the presence of light in QDs of optoelectronicmaterials under large magnetic field is investigated. Section 9.2.1 of theoretical background contains the study of the thermoelectric power under large magnetic field in the presence of external photoexcitation in QDs of optoelectronicmaterials, whose bulk conduction electrons are defined by the dispersion relations as given by (8.1), (8.2), and (8.3), respectively. Sections 9.3 and 9.4 include results and discussion and open research problems, respectively.
