Zusammenfassung

Tumoren der Vulva und der Vagina sind insgesamt selten. Neben der Sonografie kann die radiologische Diagnostik mittels MRT bei einem Tumorleiden wichtige Zusatzinformationen liefern (Umgebungsinfiltration, Aszites, Lymphknotenmetastasen iliakal und retroperitoneal, Fernmetastasen) und die gynäkologische Inspektion und Palpation sinnvoll ergänzen.
