Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird aufgezeigt, wie fortgeschrittene Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen mit Methoden des Dialogdesigns gestaltet werden können. Heutige und künftige interaktive Systeme zeichnen sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus:

intuitive Ein-/Ausgabetechniken, wie z. B. Sprach- und Gestenerkennung,

hohes Maß an Interaktivität durch benutzerfreundliche Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen und ausgeprägte Dialogfähigkeit,

intelligentes Systemverhalten und Fähigkeit, logische Schlüsse zu ziehen.
