Abstract
Hypervascular RCC of clear cell type in a 48-year-old man. Contrast-enhanced CT scans in corticomedullary (A) and excretory (B) phases show a round hypervascular mass (arrows in A) with central necrosis in the right kidney. Note that the mass enhances similarly to the renal cortex in the corticomedullary phase but less in excretory phase. The mass appears as an echogenic mass (arrows) on US (C) and shows hypervascularity on power Doppler US (D)
