Gerinnungsmanagement in der Intensivmedizin

Zusammenfassung

Die häufigste Komplikation von Heparinen, Vitamin-K-Antagonisten und Thrombozytenhemmern sind Blutungen. Bei Blutungskomplikationen oder bei einer dringlich indizierten invasiven/chirurgischen Intervention kann es notwendig werden, die Gerinnungshemmung aufzuheben.
