Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel behandelt einführend die makro- und mikroskopische Anatomie und geht dann auf Fehlbildungen, Infektionen und Entzündungen sowie auf schleimhautassoziierte Dermatosen (Lichen sclerosos sowie Lichen simplex chronicus) ein. Danach werden tumorartige Läsionen und gutartige epitheliale sowie mesenchymale Tumoren abgehandelt. Besonderes Augenmerk wird bei den bösartigen epithelialen Tumoren auf die vulväre intraepitheliale Neoplasie und das Plattenepithelkarzinom gerichtet. Darüber hinaus werden Sarkome und auch melanozytäre Läsionen und Tumoren erörtert.
