Abstract
In this research, we propose an emotional expression model inspired by amygdala that governs the processing of emotional information. The proposed model achieves two functions; one is discrimination of sensory inputs, and the other is classical conditioning. We also develop a specific digital hardware of the model and integrate an emotional expression system in a real-world robot.
