Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel widmet sich jenen Erkrankungen des Dünndarms, die zum einen zu dem „mechanischen“ Problem des Ileus führen, zum anderen auf muskulären Störungen und Wanddefekten beruhen. So werden die verschiedenen Ileusformen hinsichtlich ihrer Ursachen, wie Invagination oder Volvolus, hinsichtlich ihrer Pathogenese, ihres Erscheinungsbildes und ihrer prognostischen Relevanz dargestellt. Danach werden Formen und Ursachen der intestinalen Pseudobstruktion, der viszeralen Myopathien und Neuropathien, der enterogenen Zysten, der kongenitalen Divertikel und der Dupliaturen detailliert beschrieben.
