Zusammenfassung
Die Entwicklung vom einfachen C-Bogen als absolute Grundlage der intraoperativen Bildgebung geht hin zur Möglichkeit der intraoperativen Schnittbildgebung mit optionaler 3 D-Darstellung und integrierter Navigation. Dies ermöglicht zum einen eine erhöhte Präzision bei geringerer Strahlenexposition insbesondere für das Operationsteam. Zum anderen lassen sich Instrumentierungen in kritischen anatomischen Regionen bereits intraoperativ sicher kontrollieren und potenzielle Revisionen vermeiden.
