Summary
Talent Management is getting more and more into the focus of CEOs and often the questions arise, why doesn’t it works right away as expected. The following article aims to explore some of the main challenges which appear when trying to implement a systematic Talent Management-Process. It makes clear, that Talent Management only can work effectively and efficiently, when it is closely linked to current and future Business Objectives and Role Accountabilities. Moreover, six relevant areas of Talent Management and the common challenges are explored in more detail, thereby relying on the long experience and comprehensive research of the Hay Group.
