Zusammenfassung
Vieles ist auf der ganzen Welt passiert in den letzten Jahren und es ist wahrscheinlich, dass die Geschwindigkeit, mit der Dinge sich ändern, nur noch zunimmt. Die Dinge, die sich verändern, sind die globalen Gegebenheiten für multinationale Unternehmen (MNEs). Der Grund für viele Veränderungen ist die Globalisierung: Globalisierung führt zu Veränderungen in den wirtschaftlichen, politischen, sozialen, behördlichen, kulturellen, technologischen, Unternehmens- und Arbeitskräftebezogenen Gegebenheiten von MNEs. Das Management von MNEs überall in der Welt muss kontinuierlich die Veränderungen in diesen Gegebenheiten beobachten und interpretieren und die Implikationen für ihre Unternehmen durchdenken. Und da viele dieser Veränderungen der Gegebenheiten große Auswirkungen auf das Human Resources Management in Unternehmen haben, müssen Führungskräfte mit Linienfunktion und andere personalführungsbeauftragte auch diese Veränderungen beobachten und über Implikationen für das Human Resources Management nachdenken. In diesem Artikel werden einige Gegebenheiten und die auftretenden Veränderungen beschrieben und daraufhin einige Implikationen für das internationale Human Resources Management aufgezeigt.
