Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel jeder Gefäßnaht besteht darin, durch eine exakte Adaptation der Gefäßränder eine vollständige Blutstillung zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig muss die Integrität der Gefäßwand so weit wie möglich wiederhergestellt werden (◘ Abb. 10.1). Dies wird durch eine leicht evertierende Nahttechnik erreicht, bei der die Intima der zu vereinigenden Gefäßabschnitte exakt aufeinander zu liegen kommen.
