Im vorangegangenen Kap. 3 wurde eine technische Architektur für Cloud Services beschrieben und damit die Landschaft des Cloud Computing kartiert. Die einzelnen Cloud Services kamen hierbei nur kurz zur Sprache. Für die Cloud Services Amazon Web Services, Google App Engine und Salesforce.com will das folgende Kapitel einen Überblick geben und deren Funktionsumfang vermitteln. Darüber hinaus soll dargestellt werden, wie man diese Cloud Services benutzen kann.
