Abstract
Described for the first time in 1994 as an active and progressive form of AMD, chorioretinal anastomoses (CRA), constitute a unique entity among the various clinical forms of wet AMD (Coscas 1994, International Symposium on Fluorescein Angiography, Toronto). Chorioretinal anastomoses are active lesions and frequently involve both eyes.
