Abstract
Learning journals bring discipline and structure to the process of learning and critical reflection. They also provide a record of a learning journey. Set out below is a format based on the three questions from Fig. 9.4. The addition of critical questions (in brackets), make it a summary of CSM and Fig. 10.4. This one page format can be varied to suit individual requirements. Pointers for learning and critical reflection are in Chaps. 10 and 13.
