Zusammenfassung

Die Verteilung von Pharmaka aus dem Plasma in die einzelnen Kompartimente ist bei Früh- und Neugeborenen durch folgende Besonderheiten geprägt: hoher Wassergehalt von 80–90 % [43], große Hirnund Lebermasse, geringe Fettmasse, niedriges Serumalbumin und damit niedrige Bindungskapazität, unreife Blut-Hirn-Schranke.
