Abstract

In this article, we give our vision of a Pervasive Grid: A grid dealing with light, mobile and uncertain devices, using context-awareness for delivering the right information using the right infrastructure to final users. We focus on the data side of the problem, since it encompasses a number of problems related to such an environment, from data access, query optimization, data placement, to security, adaptation,...
