Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der primären Prävention und der sekundären Prävention im streng definierten Sinne: Primärprävention als Vorbeugung bei noch Gesunden, Sekundärprävention als Früherkennung von Krankheiten. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass mitunter Sekundärprävention als Maßnahmen nach eingetretener Erkrankung definiert wird. Primärprävention betrifft somit die Personen ohne Krankheit oder ohne Beschwerden bei nicht erkannter, latenter Erkrankung.
