Zusammenfassung

Belastungsuntersuchungen bei Lungenkrankheiten sind bei sämtlichen Fragestellungen indiziert, die den Verdacht auf eine pulmonale Leistungslimitierung bei körperlicher Belastung beinhalten. Zusätzlich sollte jeder Patient mit dem klinischen Symptom Dyspnoe ergometrisch untersucht werden. Es handelt sich um eine wertvolle Ergänzung der pneumologischen Basisdiagnostik, die stets aus sorgfältiger Anamnese, dem klinischen Befund und einerLungenfunktionsprüfung im Ruhezustand bestehen sollte.
