Zusammenfassung

Die Ergometrie des (Leistungs-)Sportlers hat in Teilbereichen eine andere Bedeutung als aus klinischer Sicht und wird daher nicht selten anders bewertet, auch wenn die Verläufe der kardialen und metabolischen Parameter nicht zwingend anders sind als bei Nichtsportlern; der Trainierte erreicht allerdings deutlich höhere Leistungsbereiche.
